For more than 40 years, ICE has been the network of choice for insurance industry collection professionals who possess an interest in improving their financial and organizational results in premium, deductible and loss sensitive collection. ICE is a non-profit association represented by over 55 carriers throughout the United States, managed by a committed and experienced group of industry professionals serving as its Board of Directors.

All activities are conducted in compliance with federal and state antitrust laws.

The Planning Committee works all year to maximize the experience of our members at our annual conference event. The conference features prominent guest speakers, topical roundtable segments, panel discussions, agent and broker involvement, state-of-the-art vendor products and services, and extensive networking opportunities.

The Benchmarking Committee gathers and publishes information on relevant topics that generate the highest level of interest of our members. These results showcase trends in the industry and will allow you to discover business opportunities within your organization. ICE utilizes many approaches to obtain data throughout the year including in depth industry surveys, Benchmarking’s “Question of The Month”, and virtual round tables.

The Education Committee delivers programs throughout the year to promote professional development. Members can participate in the ICE Certification and ICE Associate Designation programs as well as programs and webinars featuring critical topics for the billing and collection professional.

The Membership Committee strives to share the ICE experience by expanding our membership and vendor partnerships while focusing on increasing member satisfaction and engagement. Currently, over 55 carriers nationwide are members of ICE.
