Benchmarking Goals and Objectives
The Benchmarking Committee is committed to bringing ICE members relevant and timely industry information in support of the overall ICE Mission:
"To provide a forum that allows a diverse group of insurance billing and collection professionals to share ideas, new technologies, innovative processes, and solutions to common challenges."
Information gathering will take place through many channels including open forums, topical roundtable discussions, members surveys, and Benchmarking's "Question of The Membership". The information is made readily available to the membership via the ICE website and app.
Open Forums: Forum questions can be posted by any member through the ICE website or app. The committee is also partnering with the Technology committee to use AI to summarize forum posts to benefit our members. Posts with significant interest can help to drive content in additional surveys or roundtables.
Topical Roundtables: Identify roundtable topics that will benefit the ICE membership, plan and facilitate virtual roundtable sessions throughout the year. Partner with the Planning committee to help shape topics and questions for the annual ICE Conference in October. Participate in the identification of session facilitators.
Member Surveys: Issue relevant surveys to the ICE membership. The committee will be responsible for compiling survey questions and preparing executive summaries. Surveys and executive summaries will be posted to the ICE website and app for the ICE membership to reference. Survey topics will relate to industry trends and current events.
Questions of the Membership “QotM”: Publish questions submitted by members based on hot topics. Post all responses to the ICE website and app.
