The Benchmarking Committee is dedicated to bringing ICE members relevant and timely industry information in support of the overall ICE Mission.
Information gathering will take place through many channels including member surveys, open forums, topical roundtable discussions, and "Question of The Month". This information will be made readily available to the membership via the ICE website.
Industry Surveys: Issue a minimum of two surveys to the ICE membership. The committee will be responsible for compiling survey questions, testing survey software and preparing executive summaries. Surveys and executive summaries will be posted to the ICE website for the ICE membership to reference. Survey topics will relate to industry trends and current events.
Questions of the Month “QotM”: Publish a monthly question based on committee and membership topic of interest. Post all responses to the ICE website.
Virtual Roundtables: Identify roundtable topics that will benefit the ICE membership and develop a plan of execution to help facilitate virtual roundtable sessions. The committee will assist in helping shape topics, build presentations and promote participation within the ICE membership.
Website Clean-Up - Question of the Month / Forum: Review high-level categories, evaluate and consider re-organizing how both Questions of the Month and Forum discussions are presented on the ICE Website.
Annual Conference: Assist the Planning Committee in the identification of topics and questions that will be discussed as part of the annual conference. Participate in the assembling of roundtable questions and assist in the identification of session facilitators.
